<p>Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is on the lookout for a compassionate and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver incredible ABA services to a wonderful 6-year-old child in Yonkers, NY. This is an amazing opportunity for anyone who loves working with children and is eager to make a lasting difference in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities!</p>

<p><strong>Schedule:</strong> </p>
<p> </p>
<p>Monday: 3:30PM - 5:30PM </p>
<p> </p>
<p>Tuesday: 3:30PM - 5:30PM </p>
<p> </p>
<p>Wednesday: 3:30PM - 5:30PM </p>
<p> </p>
<p>Thursday: 3:30PM - 5:30PM </p>
<p> </p>
<p>Friday: 3:30PM - 5:30PM </p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Provide one-to-one ABA therapy services with enthusiasm!</li>
<li>Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA with care and dedication.</li>
<li>Teach communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills in a fun and engaging way!</li>
<li>Collect data and document session progress to showcase the amazing growth!</li>
<li>Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team to create a supportive environment.</li>
<li>Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times, ensuring a safe space for everyone.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED required </li>
<li>Experience working with children preferred </li>
<li>RBT Certification preferred but not required </li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with children and families!</li>
<li>Reliable and dependable, ready to make a difference!</li>
<li>Ability to pass required background screenings </li>
</ul>
