<p>Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is excited to welcome a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide ABA services to a 14yo child in Paterson, NJ. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who loves working with children and is eager to make a lasting difference in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities! </p>

<p><strong>Schedule</strong><strong>: </strong></p>
<p> </p>
<p>Monday: 3:00PM - 5:00PM</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Tuesday: 3:00PM - 5:00PM</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Wednesday: 3:00PM - 5:00PM</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Thursday: 3:00PM - 5:00PM</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Friday: 3:00PM - 5:00PM</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><strong> </strong></p>
<p> </p>
<p>Provide one-to-one ABA therapy services with enthusiasm!</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA with dedication!</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Teach communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills in a fun and engaging way!</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Collect data and document session progress accurately!</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team to ensure the best outcomes!</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times!</p>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong><strong> </strong></p>
<p> </p>
<p>High School Diploma or GED required </p>
<p> </p>
<p>Experience working with children preferred </p>
<p> </p>
<p>RBT Certification preferred but not required </p>
<p> </p>
<p>Strong communication and interpersonal skills </p>
<p> </p>
<p>Reliable and dependable </p>
<p> </p>
<p>Ability to pass required background screenings </p>
