Position Overview:         We are currently seeking compassionate, motivated, and reliable ABA Paraprofessionals (RBTs/Behavior Technicians) to provide 1:1 support to children in school, home, and community settings. This is a highly rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with children and making a meaningful impact in their daily lives. <hr> We offer flexible scheduling options, including: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">School-based hours (daytime)</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">After-school hours (home-based services)</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Part-time and full-time opportunities</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Extra compensation if you choose to pickup driver shifts </li> </ul> <hr> Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children based on individualized treatment plans</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support skill development in communication, socialization, behavior regulation, and daily living skills</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Implement behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a BCBA</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assist with classroom routines or home-based programming, depending on placement</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collect and record accurate data on client progress using RethinkBH</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain professionalism when communicating with families, supervisors, and team members</li> </ul> <hr> Qualifications: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">High School Diploma or equivalent (required)</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Spanish Speaking is a plus, required for certain cases</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">RBT certification (preferred, but not required—training may be provided)</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Reliable, patient, and able to follow structured plans</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to work independently while receiving supervision</li> </ul> <hr> What We Offer: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Competitive hourly pay ($25–$28/hour based on experience)</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Flexible scheduling to fit your availability</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Opportunities for professional growth and advancement</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ongoing supervision and support from experienced BCBAs</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Hands-on experience in the ABA field (great for those pursuing careers in education, psychology, or behavioral health)</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Potential support toward RBT certification and career development</li> </ul> <hr> Why Join LBAPS?
