Position Summary Maintain the air conditioning plant, refrigeration, ventilation, heating, ice production and all related machinery in good working order. Responsibilities: Ensure that all ventilation, cooling, freezing equipment, ice making equipment (where applicable) and all air conditioning equipment is kept in full and proper working condition.
