FINAL POSITION REMAINING FOR AN ACC CLINICAL CODER
HIRING MULTIPLE ROLES DUE TO RAPID EXPANSION
Exciting opportunities to join Monmouth Partners' clinical coding portfolio team
- Opportunity 1: Remote ACC Clinical Coders (UK)
Monmouth Partners is a UK healthcare advisory, supporting NHS and independent providers, recognised for its high quality clinical coding services. We’re looking for experienced clinical coders who want to deepen their expertise, work across diverse organisations, and grow within a collaborative, high-performing environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established, close-knit team which delivers a variety of clinical coding support to NHS and independent healthcare providers across England.
Opportunity 1: Remote Clinical Coder Role
Due to client requirements, we are looking for Accredited Clinical Coder (ACC) status. If not already qualified, you should be aiming to achieve this within 12 months of joining us and we will support you through this process. Beyond ACC, we will back you to develop at your pace.
Specifically, the role will involve:
- Clinical coding in line with both internal and external (e.g. national NHS Digital Clinical Classification Service, CCS) standards and requirements
- Fully remote, full-time, permanent role (London-based annual meetups and on-site work opportunities if appropriate)
- Remote coding across NHS Trusts and independent hospitals
- Exposure to varied, high-quality coding projects
- Structured professional development and QA programme
- Support toward ACC qualification if not already achieved
- Opportunities to help shape our sector-leading Clinical Coding Academy and Coding Automation Tool if desired and appropriate.
(Monmouth Partners has a central London office and in addition to remote coding across England, we provide on-site clinical coding for a number of clients across Central/Greater London).
Candidates will need experience in/a proven track record of:
- Minimum of two years practical clinical coding experience: to NHS standards for procedures (OPCS) and diagnoses (ICD-10)
- Accredited Clinical Coder (ACC) status achieved, or be actively working towards achieving this within the next 12 months
- Team working and a strong grasp of current developments within clinical coding.
The role is full-time and will be remote coding from home. Monmouth also hosts team meetings and staff get togethers throughout the year to support coders to maintain their skills and nurture team working.
If you are interested in finding out more, please forward a brief covering note / letter and attach a copy of your current CV.
We look forward to hearing from you.
