<p><strong>Department</strong><strong>:</strong> &nbsp;Major Accounts</p> <p><strong>Job Summary&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Responsible for daily servicing and maintaining of commercial lines customers including rating and marketing; obtaining quotations and assisting in the preparation of Submissions, Proposals&nbsp;and Binders. Provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to Customers, Sales Representatives and Insurance Companies regarding those accounts and other duties, as directed.</p> <p><strong>Principal Responsibilities</strong><strong> </strong></p> <ul> <li>Reviews and processes Policies, Audits, and Policy changes.</li> <li>Makes recommendations for coverage additions or changes when appropriate.</li> <li>Interacts with Carriers and internal/external Customers to ensure delivery of exceptional customer service. &nbsp;</li> <li>Participates in the process of, and preparing of Renewal Submissions for Marketing including Application(s), necessary Exhibit(s), Narrative(s), collection of Loss Runs and answers to Underwriting Questions.</li> <li>Participates in account reconciliation for receivables management.</li> <li>Submits Applications to Carriers and follows up to ensure timely receipt of Quotations and Policies.</li> <li>Provides technical support including, but not limited to, completing Applications, Renewal Proposals, Binders, Audits, Coverage Summaries, Endorsements, Cancellations and Certificates of Insurance.</li> <li>At the direction of the Account Executive, respond to and process incoming Client, Carrier and mail requests.</li> <li>Prepares Policy Binders.</li> <li>Responsible for all invoicing.</li> <li>Responsible for initial Policy Checklisting procedures.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Other Functions</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintains Client files that conform to company standards.</li> <li>Maintains workflows, tasks and incoming mail in Document Management System – WorkSmart.</li> <li>Ensures accuracy of account data and input into the agency management system – Sagitta.</li> <li>Adheres to company policies, procedures and guidelines.</li> <li>Other duties, as assigned.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>College degree preferred.</li> <li>Exceptional organization and Client Service Skills.</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Self starter, flexible, able to multi-task and handle responsibilities with minimal supervision.</li> <li>Proficiency required in Microsoft products; Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.</li> <li>Knowledge of Document Management and Agency Management Systems preferred.</li> <li>Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without Company sponsorship.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Specialized Knowledge or Licenses</strong></p> <p>Property and Casualty Producer License</p> <p>ARM, CRIS, CPCU and other specialized designations as appropriate</p> <p><strong>Working Conditions </strong></p> <p>Office environment with moderate noise level; able to work flexible hours and travel to other Conner Strong offices and client work sites as needed.</p> <p><strong>Compensation</strong></p> <p><em>Salary for this position ranges from $62,000.00 - $75,000.00. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.&nbsp;</em></p> <p><em>Qualifying positions will also be eligible for comprehensive benefits, such as participation in family medical and dental insurance programs, 401K plan, and PTO.&nbsp;</em></p> <p><em>#LI-HYBRID</em></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without Company sponsorship.</em></p> <p><em>Conner Strong &amp; Buckelew is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
