You’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team that prides itself on delivering top-tier service and building real relationships with our clients.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">Day-to-day activities will revolve around invoice processing, troubleshooting client issues, and working closely with a team to complete daily tasks. You will also take an active role in client outreach. Through outbound phone calls, you’ll connect directly with clients to check in, answer questions, and talk through the products and services that can help their business thrive. data-contrast="auto">Be a knowledgeable resource for client questions regarding their account, billing inquires, and general factoring information </span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Assist team with auditing client invoices in a timely and efficient manner.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Proactively make outbound calls to clients to enforce strong relationships, help problem solve and inform them on service offerings</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Using independent judgement and discretion, assist the team in trouble shooting client issues with paperwork.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Responsible for fielding client calls and deescalating client issues through the highest levels of customer service.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Assess and aide clients on invoice issues that need additional paperwork or clarification </span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Communicate within the team about operations activities in order to meet daily deadlines  </span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span
