Our AI solutions enhance efficiency, spark creativity, and drive insightful decision-making, empowering our teams to produce innovative and impactful results. </div>Role:  Senior Account Director  Location:  Manila, Philippines   About the role:  The Gen AI Content Studio (gen AI content development) is a new in-house creator team, with the role of developing content for the key brands of a global consumer health company across the consumer journey for touchpoints such as advertising, social, e-commerce, website. The team works with generative AI to produce content in-house, in contact directly with brands and marketing. This is leading a true content transformation for the client, operating in new ways, with new processes.  We are looking for daring and bold professionals who will embrace the power of Generative AI and Talent and challenge the status quo in advertising and marketing.  As a Project Manager within the new Gen AI Medical Communications Team, you will be instrumental in overseeing the delivery of targeted communications to healthcare professionals (HCPs), including emails, banners, and other digital assets. Your responsibilities will include managing the workflow, optimizing team capacity, and ensuring all projects meet deadlines and quality standards. You will coordinate collaboration among medical, creative to guarantee that every HCP-focused communication is executed efficiently, on time, and with precision.    What you will be doing:  <ul> <li>Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from briefing and planning to production and delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met, within the sprint formats </li> <li>Partner with brand and creatives to translate business objectives into clear project scopes with detailed deliverables and actionable timelines. </li> <li>Manage the workflow of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless coordination and best time allocation within the team, and managing delivery of final assets for final use. </li> <li>Build and maintain scalable tracking systems (trackers, timelines, capacity planning) to support multiple projects. </li> <li>Facilitate communication between teams, anticipating challenges, and proactively solving bottlenecks. </li> <li>Brief and coordinate medical writers, graphic designers, and delivery teams. </li> <li>Ensure all content meets regulatory and compliance standards (medically accurate, compliant, and on-brand). </li> <li>Manage and coordinate medical and regulatory review processes, ensuring timely approvals while maintaining project timelines. </li> <li>Contribute to continuous improvement by documenting learnings, optimizing processes, and sharing best practices across global Gen AI Content Studio teams. </li> <li>Lead regular updates on projects through status meetings, and follow up, manage project capacity and expectations for timelines, budgets, and scope. </li> </ul>   What you need to be great in this role:  <ul> <li>10+ years of experience in project management in healthcare communication (agency side preferred) </li> <li>Previous experience managing HCP‑facing content (for doctors or pharmacists) — including analysis, design, or workflow development — is preferred, even as part of broader project management experience. </li> <li>Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects in healthcare environment. </li> <li>Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. </li> <li>Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume content environments with multiple deliverables. </li> <li>Scientific literacy, attention to detail, and solid understanding of the pharmaceutical regulatory environment. </li> <li>Experience in creative software and Gen AI applications (Canva, Jasper or other LLMs, etc.) </li> <li>Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and experimentation and curiosity about how Generative AI can enhance creative workflows. </li> <li>English fluency required. </li> <li>Remote based position. </li> </ul> Req ID: 17425 #LI-JQ1 #LI-Remote<div class="content-conclusion">Our values shape everything we do:  Be Ambitious to succeed    Be Imaginative to push the boundaries of what’s possible    Be Inspirational to do groundbreaking work    Be always learning and listening to understand    Be Results-focused  to exceed expectations    Be actively pro-inclusive and anti-racist across our community, clients and creations    OLIVER, a part of the Brandtech Group, is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive working environment where all employees are encouraged to reach their full potential, and individual differences are valued and respected.
