Reachcom for Media & Advertising is hiring an Account Director.
This is a full-time position based in Maadi, Egypt, for candidates with extensive experience in account management and client services.

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Account Director to manage client relationships, oversee key accounts, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, an excellent leader, and experienced in aligning client goals with creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple client accounts, serving as the main point of contact.
  • Develop account strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives and agency capabilities.
  • Oversee project execution, timelines, and budgets while maintaining quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, media, and production departments.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to account managers and coordinators.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to clients and internal teams.

Work Conditions:

    • Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
    • Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
    • Benefits: Medical Insurance & Social Insurance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in an advertising or media agency.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale accounts successfully.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with advertising, media planning, and digital marketing practices.
