Key Responsibilities


  • Coordinate across multiple Client Counterparts across each account / logo
  • Coordinate across multiple OneReach Delivery Pods and Account Teams
  • Own and grow executive relationships to enable (1) Sales and expansion opportunities, (2) build and maintain trust and visibility in current deliveries, and (3) Serve as the escalation point for OR and Client to lead the resolution of account issues
  • Central point of contact for OR and Client for any questions or requests on the account
  • Publish and communicate account and portfolio status internally and externally
  • Accountable financial performance of each account - Forecasting, Invoicing, ARR / MRR Reviews, Contract Milestones, AR / AP (Supported by CSMs and billing specialist)
  • Draft and manage SOWs and contracts, Hold Pods accountable for milestone dates; Ensure milestones and payment milestones are being actively managed.
