About the role
<h2><strong>As an Account Director, you are responsible for revenue growth, upsell, cross-sell, and long-term client partnership strategy. You will also lead major pitches and planning, partnering closely with senior members of Planning & Creative to create the most rounded outputs for AnyMind’s clients.</strong></h2>
<h2><strong>What You Will Do</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Operates as the business owner that owns the business performance, approving P&Ls, pre-signing off commercial structures, managing the financial health of the business unit, and ensuring legal and financial compliance.</li>
<li>Responsible for revenue growth, upsell, cross-sell, and long-term client partnership strategy.</li>
<li>Leading major pitches and planning, partnering closely with senior members of Planning & Creative.</li>
<li>Establishing & achieving account team annual business objectives, goals, strategies, action plans.</li>
<li>Own the business performance of key accounts and lead the entire Account Management, Influencer Management and Sales Admin team.</li>
<li>Represent the company at senior client level; build long-term partnerships. Managing team priorities and diaries to help manage projects and meetings with clients.</li>
<li>Understanding of the client’s business and solid knowledge of the competitive market in which the brand operates.</li>
<li>Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Who You Are</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree is required</li>
<li>Minimum of 8-10 years of working experience in a digital marketing agency. </li>
<li>At least 2 years of working experience in the position of Account Director, with proven ability to lead a team of 15-20 members.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of<strong> integrated social/influencer strategy, </strong>financial governance, and organizational leadership.</li>
<li>Experience in manage P&L</li>
<li>Significant experience in professional client relationship management & negotiation </li>
<li>Excellent project management skills, with experience of managing budgets, estimates and schedules.</li>
<li>Solid knowledge of digital tools & channels</li>
<li>Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm</li>
<li>Experience in a fast-paced work environment</li>
<li>Proficiency in Vietnamese & English communication skills</li>
