The ideal candidate has a background in risk management, a talent for customer service, and the ability to balance a customer-first mindset with a results-driven approach.  You will be responsible for assisting sales leadership with building pipeline, acquiring new logos, and the associated ARR attributed to those logos. Using your analytical skills, you will assess customer data to surface trends, flag risks, and identify expansion opportunities within the existing customer base. You will also help nurture and maintain strong relationships with current customers, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term retention.  To be successful you will work cross-functionally with marketing team, business development, sales engineering, sales development reps, to support end-to-end sales process. You will prepare polished presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders, clearly conveying insights and recommendations. Your understanding of the risk management landscape will be essential in helping position Archipelago's solutions effectively with companies that own and/or occupy over $8B of commercial property, helping them become valued Archipelago customers by transforming the way they manage, understand, and mitigate their property data and risks.   You will assess pain points and value alignment with our solution, develop a comprehensive understanding of each prospect, coordinate the involvement of sales engineering, and help drive the contracting process to its completion and provide feedback internally on our learnings in the market.   This includes all typical activities involved in building relationships, conducting research, and supporting the end-to-end sales process.  Engaging prospects will be done through a combination of video conference calls and in person meetings where travel will be required.
