Account Executive – US Hours, Full-Time (Jerusalem, On-Site)
Advance your sales career in the growing Commercial Real Estate sector by joining CityBook Services in Jerusalem. As an Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in helping property owners and investors understand the significant tax benefits of Cost Segregation. You will manage the complete sales cycle—from first outreach to closing—while building strong, trust‑based relationships with industry decision-makers.
What You’ll Do
- Build and develop relationships with property owners, developers, and investors (leads provided).
- Educate clients on the financial advantages of Cost Segregation and how it can significantly lower their tax liability.
- Manage the full sales process using our CRM tools, from initial contact through closing.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

What You Bring
- 3–5 years of proven sales success.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Native-level English and strong computer proficiency (Office 365, HubSpot).
- A proactive mindset, passion for client relationships, and strong drive to exceed expectations.
