<h3>&nbsp;</h3> <p><strong>Senior&nbsp;Account&nbsp;Executive</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>The&nbsp;Mission</strong></p> <p>As&nbsp;a&nbsp;<strong>Senior&nbsp;Account&nbsp;Executive</strong>&nbsp;at&nbsp;<a href="https://coderoad.com?utm_source=chatgpt.com" target="_blank">CodeRoad</a>,&nbsp;you&nbsp;will&nbsp;help&nbsp;enterprise&nbsp;engineering&nbsp;organizations&nbsp;adopt&nbsp;AI-enabled&nbsp;solutions&nbsp;that&nbsp;improve&nbsp;software&nbsp;delivery,&nbsp;engineering&nbsp;velocity,&nbsp;and&nbsp;operational&nbsp;efficiency.&nbsp;This&nbsp;is&nbsp;a&nbsp;consultative,&nbsp;full-cycle&nbsp;sales&nbsp;role&nbsp;focused&nbsp;on&nbsp;building&nbsp;relationships&nbsp;with&nbsp;CTOs,&nbsp;VP&nbsp;of&nbsp;Engineering,&nbsp;and&nbsp;technical&nbsp;leadership&nbsp;teams.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Role&nbsp;Overview</strong></p> <p>CodeRoad&nbsp;is&nbsp;seeking&nbsp;a&nbsp;high-performing&nbsp;Senior&nbsp;Account&nbsp;Executive&nbsp;to&nbsp;drive&nbsp;net-new&nbsp;enterprise&nbsp;business.&nbsp;You&nbsp;will&nbsp;own&nbsp;the&nbsp;full&nbsp;sales&nbsp;cycle,&nbsp;from&nbsp;prospecting&nbsp;and&nbsp;technical&nbsp;discovery&nbsp;through&nbsp;negotiation&nbsp;and&nbsp;close,&nbsp;while&nbsp;positioning&nbsp;CodeRoad&nbsp;as&nbsp;a&nbsp;long-term&nbsp;strategic&nbsp;partner.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Core&nbsp;Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Pipeline&nbsp;Generation:&nbsp;Build&nbsp;and&nbsp;manage&nbsp;an&nbsp;enterprise&nbsp;pipeline&nbsp;through&nbsp;outbound&nbsp;prospecting,&nbsp;networking,&nbsp;referrals,&nbsp;and&nbsp;strategic&nbsp;account&nbsp;development.</li> <li>Executive&nbsp;Stakeholder&nbsp;Management:&nbsp;Engage&nbsp;technical&nbsp;champions&nbsp;and&nbsp;executive&nbsp;buyers&nbsp;across&nbsp;Engineering,&nbsp;Product,&nbsp;and&nbsp;Infrastructure&nbsp;organizations.</li> <li>Technical&nbsp;Discovery:&nbsp;Understand&nbsp;customer&nbsp;engineering&nbsp;workflows,&nbsp;operational&nbsp;challenges,&nbsp;AI&nbsp;adoption&nbsp;goals,&nbsp;and&nbsp;business&nbsp;priorities.</li> <li>Complex&nbsp;Enterprise&nbsp;Sales:&nbsp;Manage&nbsp;long&nbsp;sales&nbsp;cycles,&nbsp;procurement,&nbsp;security&nbsp;reviews,&nbsp;negotiations,&nbsp;and&nbsp;deal&nbsp;execution&nbsp;for&nbsp;enterprise&nbsp;accounts.</li> <li>Cross-Functional&nbsp;Collaboration:&nbsp;Partner&nbsp;with&nbsp;Solutions&nbsp;Architecture,&nbsp;Delivery,&nbsp;and&nbsp;Customer&nbsp;Success&nbsp;teams&nbsp;to&nbsp;ensure&nbsp;strong&nbsp;customer&nbsp;outcomes.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>7–10+&nbsp;Years&nbsp;of&nbsp;Enterprise&nbsp;SaaS&nbsp;Sales&nbsp;Experience:&nbsp;Proven&nbsp;success&nbsp;in&nbsp;a&nbsp;full-cycle&nbsp;enterprise&nbsp;closing&nbsp;role&nbsp;focused&nbsp;on&nbsp;net-new&nbsp;business.</li> <li>Technical&nbsp;Fluency:&nbsp;Comfortable&nbsp;discussing&nbsp;software&nbsp;development&nbsp;workflows,&nbsp;cloud&nbsp;infrastructure,&nbsp;engineering&nbsp;operations,&nbsp;and&nbsp;AI&nbsp;solutions&nbsp;with&nbsp;technical&nbsp;stakeholders.</li> <li>Enterprise&nbsp;Sales&nbsp;Methodology:&nbsp;Experience&nbsp;with&nbsp;MEDDICC,&nbsp;Challenger&nbsp;Sale,&nbsp;Command&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;Message,&nbsp;or&nbsp;similar&nbsp;methodologies&nbsp;preferred.</li> <li>Executive&nbsp;Presence:&nbsp;Ability&nbsp;to&nbsp;build&nbsp;trust&nbsp;with&nbsp;CTOs,&nbsp;VP&nbsp;Engineering,&nbsp;and&nbsp;senior&nbsp;technical&nbsp;leadership.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Compensation&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;Benefits</strong></p> <p>CodeRoad offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement plan, and paid time off (PTO).</p> <p>The&nbsp;salary&nbsp;range&nbsp;for&nbsp;this&nbsp;role&nbsp;is&nbsp;$150,000–$225,000,&nbsp;including&nbsp;OTE.</p> <h3>&nbsp;</h3>
