<p>As a <strong>Senior Account Executive</strong> at <a href="https://coderoad.com?utm_source=chatgpt.com" target="_blank">CodeRoad</a>, you will help enterprise engineering organizations adopt AI-enabled solutions that improve software delivery, engineering velocity, and operational efficiency. This is a consultative, full-cycle sales role focused on building relationships with CTOs, VP of Engineering, and technical leadership teams.</p>

<p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p>
<p>CodeRoad is seeking a high-performing Senior Account Executive to drive net-new enterprise business. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and technical discovery through negotiation and close, while positioning CodeRoad as a long-term strategic partner.</p>

<p><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Pipeline Generation: Build and manage an enterprise pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic account development.</li>
<li>Executive Stakeholder Management: Engage technical champions and executive buyers across Engineering, Product, and Infrastructure organizations.</li>
<li>Technical Discovery: Understand customer engineering workflows, operational challenges, AI adoption goals, and business priorities.</li>
<li>Complex Enterprise Sales: Manage long sales cycles, procurement, security reviews, negotiations, and deal execution for enterprise accounts.</li>
<li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Solutions Architecture, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to ensure strong customer outcomes.</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>7–10+ Years of Enterprise SaaS Sales Experience: Proven success in a full-cycle enterprise closing role focused on net-new business.</li>
<li>Technical Fluency: Comfortable discussing software development workflows, cloud infrastructure, engineering operations, and AI solutions with technical stakeholders.</li>
<li>Enterprise Sales Methodology: Experience with MEDDICC, Challenger Sale, Command of the Message, or similar methodologies preferred.</li>
<li>Executive Presence: Ability to build trust with CTOs, VP Engineering, and senior technical leadership.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Compensation & Benefits</strong></p>
<p>CodeRoad offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement plan, and paid time off (PTO).</p>
<p>The salary range for this role is $150,000–$225,000, including OTE.</p>
