About the role
Job Summary:
As an Account Executive at Creative Chaos, you will play a key role in managing client relationships and driving business growth. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining existing accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your goal will be to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and research
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Understand client needs and promptly address any issues or concerns
- Present and demonstrate Creative Chaos products and services to potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of services for clients
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client accounts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand client needs and identify appropriate solutions
- Self-motivated and results-driven with strong negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing and branding is a plus
