Hey, I'm the CEO of E & E Tech. We're an IT and cybersecurity firm based in Livonia, serving businesses across Metro Detroit and a handful of clients nationwide. We run their networks, lock down their endpoints, manage their compliance, and keep their day-to-day operations from breaking.

We're growing, and I'm hiring a dedicated full-cycle salesperson. This isn't a hunter-only seat where you hand off after the close. You'll find the business, close it, and own the relationship as it grows.

OTE projection is $171,440 with residuals on the book you build.

The Work

You'll build your own pipeline through networking, referrals, and direct outreach. The mix is yours to figure out.

You'll run the full sales cycle from first conversation through signed contract, with our engineers backing you on technical scoping.

After the sale, the account stays yours. You'll run QBRs, manage renewals, and identify expansion as the business grows.

The Fit

You've sold to business owners in a B2B environment. MSP or IT experience is a plus but not a requirement. What matters more is whether you can hold your own in a room with a CEO or COO.

You manage your own time and pipeline without anyone looking over your shoulder. You're based in Metro Detroit or willing to be here every day.
