About the Role

Now, we’re growing — and looking for a driven Account Executive to take their portfolio further with a company that’s leading the way in electrification, technology, and customer experience.


Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a portfolio of commercial clients with accountability for revenue, retention, and growth.
  • Prospect, network, and generate new opportunities across Western Canada.
  • Create tailored leasing and fleet solutions — from EV adoption and rentals to fuel, maintenance, outfitting, and telematics.
  • Deliver proposals and presentations that highlight Zeemac’s competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to manage sourcing, contracts, and deliveries.
  • Track pipeline, activity, and forecasts in our CRM.
  • Strengthen customer loyalty through proactive account management.
  • Stay current on fleet industry trends — especially electrification and connected vehicles.


Qualifications

  • Proven success in B2B sales (leasing, fleet, automotive, equipment, or financial services).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — self-starter who thrives on autonomy.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail around contracts and pricing.
  • Ability to juggle prospecting, closing, and account management.
  • Curiosity about EVs, green fleet solutions, and sustainability.
  • Licensed or eligible for applicable provincial sales certifications (VSA, AMVIC, OMVIC).
