Join the circle.</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p></div><p>&nbsp;</p> <h2>The Opportunity</h2> <p>This is a leadership-level sales role at the intersection of healthcare, business development, and community impact. As Account Executive, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, drive revenue across WCG's lines of business, and build the partnerships that expand access to behavioral health services in your markets.</p> <p>You'll report directly to the President &amp; Founder and will oversee an outreach team and Market Development Manager — making this a true player-coach role for someone who thrives on both strategy and execution.</p> <h2>What You'll Do</h2> <ul> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients including State and Federal placement agencies, RTCs, CPAs, faith-based organizations, and payers</li> <li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities across all WCG lines of business — including county, state, city, and community-based organizations</li> <li>Develop and execute business development strategies to hit revenue targets and expand market reach</li> <li>Negotiate and close contracts with clients and partners</li> <li>Lead and motivate your outreach team and Market Development Manager</li> <li>Collaborate with Clinical Operations leaders and corporate teams to define and evaluate market initiatives</li> <li>Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and report progress to leadership</li> <li>Stay current on behavioral health and mental health industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities</li> </ul> <h2>Who You Are</h2> <ul> <li>A proven business development or account management professional with&nbsp;<strong>3+ years of experience</strong>, ideally in healthcare</li> <li>A natural relationship-builder with strong negotiation and influence skills</li> <li>Comfortable managing and motivating teams while also owning your own book of business</li> <li>Financially literate — you understand budgets, margins, and performance metrics</li> <li>Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working remotely with frequent travel</li> <li>Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and business reporting</li> </ul> <h2>Education &amp; Experience</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required (Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred)</li> <li>3+ years in business development, account management, or healthcare sales</li> <li>3+ years of healthcare leadership or management experience</li> <li>Master's degree and/or 10+ years of experience is a plus</li> </ul> <h2>Compensation &amp; Logistics</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Base Salary:</strong>&nbsp;$80,000–$100,000 depending on experience</li> <li><strong>Commission:</strong>&nbsp;Performance-based commission structure</li> <li><strong>Location:</strong>&nbsp;Remote with frequent travel across designated market service areas</li> <li><strong>Reports to:</strong>&nbsp;President &amp; Founder, Winners Circle Group</li> </ul> <h2>Ready to Join the Winners Circle?</h2> <p>If you're a driven sales leader who wants to make a real impact in behavioral health — and earn well while doing it — we want to hear from you.
