Now, let’s make sure you’re a good fit for the role:<br><br><strong><em>Key Responsibilities</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Build, own and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs, business context, and industry trends, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.</li> <li>Connect the dots across internal capabilities and client objectives to propose repeatable solutions and strategic initiatives.</li> <li>Lead strategic account planning and execution to drive client success and long-term growth (farming).</li> <li>Communicate effectively across all levels: from executives to project managers, technical leads, and individual contributors, ensuring alignment and transparency.</li> <li>Identify and present risk/reward opportunities, and proactively develop strategies to maximize value for both the client and the organization.</li> <li>Create and maintain comprehensive account plans with clear action items, tracking progress regularly to ensure goals are met.</li> <li>Monitor key account metrics such as revenue, backlog, team performance, client satisfaction, and margin.</li> <li>Support contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions in collaboration with legal and commercial teams.</li> <li>Act as the voice of the client internally, ensuring alignment between client needs and service delivery.</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Must-have Skills</em></strong><strong><em>&nbsp;</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>7+ years of experience in account management, business development or delivery leadership role in a&nbsp;<strong data-stringify-type="bold">software consulting or services environment</strong>.</li> <li><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Experience in Media &amp; Entertainment.</strong></li> <li>Knowledge of industry frameworks for client success and growth (e.g., customer journey mapping, account planning methodologies).</li> <li>Proven track record of&nbsp;<strong data-stringify-type="bold">farming</strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong data-stringify-type="bold">growing enterprise or mid-market software accounts</strong>.</li> <li>Analytical mindset with the ability to connect business insights to actionable strategies.</li> <li>Strong client management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders.</li> <li>Open to travel and highly engaged with clients.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive compensation &amp; total rewards.</li> <li>Health benefits &amp; wellness programs.</li> <li>Savings &amp; retirement plans.</li> <li>Global mobility opportunities.</li> <li>Flexible work policy and remote-friendly approach.</li> <li>Happy hours, gaming tournaments, sports activities &amp; more</li> <li>Continuous learning &amp; training programs with WizeAcademy</li> <li>Free certifications in cloud technologies and coding languages.</li> </ul> <p>Find out more about our culture <a href="https://www.instagram.com/wizelineglobal/">here</a>.</p>
