<h2><strong>We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Executive, Account Management (Creator Solutions) focusing on Creator Utilization and Production. In this role, you will serve as the crucial link between our product offerings and our clients' needs, translating complex requirements into actionable revenue opportunities. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, tackling complex challenges within the team and collaborating effectively to drive new client acquisition and long-term growth.</strong></h2>

<p> The Creator Growth (CG) business at AnyMind is a <strong data-stringify-type="bold">two-sided</strong> service catering to both <strong data-stringify-type="bold">'Content Creators'</strong> (including media companies, individual creators, and music artists) who're looking for professional support in production, strategy, and content optimization across major social media platforms, and <strong data-stringify-type="bold">'Brands' </strong>who interested in an end-to-end marketing funnel driven by creators and content. Our core services include <strong data-stringify-type="bold">YouTube Reservation Ads</strong> for precise content targeting; <strong data-stringify-type="bold">Creator Utilization</strong> to build credibility and deliver targeted content; <strong data-stringify-type="bold">Affiliate Solution</strong> for performance-based eCommerce growth; and <strong data-stringify-type="bold">Production Services</strong> covering graphics, video content, commercial music, and livestreaming. We focus on developing tailored strategies and full-funnel packages to ensure maximum efficiency and deliver measurable, sustainable business results</p>

<h2><strong>What You'll Do </strong></h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Strategic Pitching:</strong> Develop and deliver compelling, customized product pitches tailored to strategic clients, ensuring our solutions align perfectly with their goals.</li>
<li><strong>Relationship Building:</strong> Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, creators, and strategic partners.</li>
<li><strong>Sales Enablement & Advocacy:</strong> Develop persuasive product narratives and packaging. You will champion our products by leading internal roadshows to drive product adoption and ensure strategic alignment across the organization.</li>
<li><strong>Market Analysis:</strong> Keep a pulse on the industry by analyzing market trends and competitor activities to proactively identify new business opportunities and areas for innovation.</li>
<li><strong>Performance Analysis: </strong>Rigorously track, analyze, and report on product revenue, Gross Profit (GP), and overall sales performance data to optimize strategies and ensure targets are met.</li>

<h2><strong>Who You Are</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Experience: </strong>Have 3 years of experience in Sales or Account Management</li>
<li><strong>Product Knowledge:</strong> Deep understanding of product ecosystems, specifically within creator utilization and production workflows.</li>
<li><strong>Communication:</strong> Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.</li>
<li><strong>Influence & Negotiation:</strong> Strong ability to persuade stakeholders, align differing viewpoints, and negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes.</li>
<li><strong>Data Analysis:</strong> Highly analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics, sales data, and market trends to drive strategic decision-making.</li>
