About the role:

Seeing a lot of demand in Poland, our Sales Team is looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to help us develop this territory further. InPost, Booksy, eObuwie, LPP, Decathlon, to name just a few, already run on Zowie.

We work within a consultative sales model - you’ll focus a lot of your efforts on discovering the clients’ problems and understanding their business processes. All of that, to propose a solution that really helps, resulting in clearly quantifiable value.

What you'll do:

  • Manage an enterprise territory in the Polish market

  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities and identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential prospects

  • Conduct in-depth discovery calls, presentations, and product demonstrations with prospects 

  • Educate prospects to help them learn how Zowie will help their business operate more efficiently and grow revenue

  • Demonstrate ROI through value-based selling

  • Build pipeline through strategic outbound programs

  • Become an expert on our products, customer experience, and the AI landscape

Ideally, you'll bring with you:

  • 7+ years of closing sales experience, including to large enterprises

  • Full cycle sales experience with a track record of building and closing pipeline

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Polish combined with solid English

  • Track record of meeting/exceeding quotas

  • Exceptional consultative selling skills

  • Excellent presentation skills, both in virtual and in-person settings

It'll be awesome if you have:

  • Experience in selling a B2B SaaS solution

  • Experience selling into Poland and the rest of the EU
