Mid-market Account Executive – Finland

Who you are
We’re looking for an ambitious Account Executive to join our Finnish team—someone who thrives on winning new business, enjoys building pipeline from scratch, and knows how to drive opportunities from first conversation to signed deal.
This is a true 360-sales role where you’ll combine prospecting, qualification, stakeholder management, and closing. You’ll own your territory and play a key role in expanding Oneflow’s presence in the Finnish market.
What you’ll do
As an Account Executive, you own the full sales cycle from first touch to signed deal.
You’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, leading commercial conversations with decision-makers, and managing sales processes through to successful outcomes.
You will:
Proactively prospect and generate new opportunities through calls, social selling, networking, and referrals
Lead the full sales cycle: discovery, qualification, demo, negotiation, and closing
Build and develop relationships with decision-makers in mid-sized and larger organisations across the Nordics
Manage multiple stakeholders and guide opportunities through structured buying processes
Establish clear next steps, timelines, and mutual action plans to drive momentum in deals
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline while forecasting accurately and consistently
Take full ownership of hitting and exceeding your targets
Have several years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably within SaaS
Have a proven track record of winning new business and carrying quota
Are comfortable generating your own pipeline and creating opportunities through proactive outreach
Have strong discovery and qualification skills and know how to uncover business challenges and buying motivations
Are confident managing sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
Know how to build trust, create urgency, and move deals forward with structure and purpose
Combine a hunter mentality with a disciplined approach to pipeline management
Use modern sales methods, including social selling, to create and develop opportunities
Are fluent in Finnish and English
