As a Senior AE, you will have the opportunity to shape how we sell, influence our go-to-market strategy, and grow alongside an ambitious, collaborative team that is scaling internationally.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage&nbsp;the&nbsp;Full&nbsp;Sales&nbsp;Cycle:&nbsp;from&nbsp;lead&nbsp;to&nbsp;close&nbsp;with&nbsp;ownership&nbsp;over&nbsp;revenue&nbsp;outcomes</li> <li>Exceed&nbsp;targets&nbsp;by&nbsp;converting&nbsp;qualified&nbsp;leads&nbsp;and&nbsp;creating&nbsp;new&nbsp;opportunities&nbsp;through&nbsp;proactive&nbsp;outreach</li> <li>Build trusted relationships with stakeholders&nbsp;in&nbsp;IT,&nbsp;Operations,&nbsp;and&nbsp;HR</li> <li>Understand&nbsp;customer&nbsp;pain&nbsp;points&nbsp;and&nbsp;translate&nbsp;them&nbsp;into&nbsp;tailored&nbsp;solutions&nbsp;and&nbsp;business&nbsp;cases</li> <li>Collaborate with marketing, BDRs, and customer success to align efforts and continuously improve our go-to-market approach</li> <li>Contribute ideas to help scale processes, refine messaging, and grow smarter as a team</li> <li>Thrive in an uncapped commission system with accelerators</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>+5&nbsp;Years&nbsp;of&nbsp;experience&nbsp;in&nbsp;Sales:&nbsp;Proven&nbsp;experience&nbsp;in&nbsp;a&nbsp;B2B&nbsp;commercial&nbsp;role&nbsp;in&nbsp;SaaS&nbsp;/&nbsp;Tech, with a track record of meetings, closing deals and achieving sales targets in an Account Executive position</li> <li>Strong&nbsp;Communication:&nbsp;Excellent&nbsp;communication&nbsp;skills,&nbsp;both&nbsp;written&nbsp;and&nbsp;verbal,&nbsp;with&nbsp;the&nbsp;ability&nbsp;to&nbsp;adapt&nbsp;your&nbsp;style&nbsp;to&nbsp;different&nbsp;audiences</li> <li>Proactive Sales Approach: Comfortable with prospecting, cold outreach, and building relationships from scratch, using multichannel</li> <li>Experience&nbsp;with&nbsp;sales&nbsp;methodologies&nbsp;such&nbsp;as&nbsp;MEDDIC&nbsp;or&nbsp;SPICED</li> <li>Curious, structured, and eager to learn from data and feedback</li> <li>Process-Driven: Skilled in managing a sales pipeline and tracking progress with a data-driven mindset</li> <li>Tech Savvy: Familiar with tools such as Excel, Office 365, SalesFinity, PowerPoint, HubSpot, Dripify, Cognism and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to report on your activities, and know how to iteratively improve yourself based on your results</li> <li>Languages: <strong>Fluent in English and German</strong> (additional languages are a plus)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Workwize offers</strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Flexible hybrid work environment.</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Top-notch tools and equipment provided.</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Vibrant, entrepreneurial culture with opportunities for growth.</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Off-sites and multi-yearly team bonding events.</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Team lunches and surprise events to keep things fun.</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Pension scheme.</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Classpass corporate membership.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Our Team</strong></p> <p>Becoming part of Workwize means making an impact.
