<div>We are looking for a high-performing <strong>Matador AI Account Executive</strong> to drive revenue growth in the automotive sector. This role focuses on selling AI-powered solutions to dealerships and dealer groups, helping them improve sales performance, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.</div>
<div>You will own the full sales cycle, act as a trusted advisor to automotive decision-makers, and translate AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes.</div>

<div>Own and manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and close</div>

<div>Sell AI-driven solutions (e.g. conversational AI, lead management, broadcast) to automotive clients</div>

<div>Build strong relationships with dealer principals, general managers, sales directors, and stakeholders</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Identify customer pain points and position AI solutions that drive measurable ROI</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound leads</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Deliver compelling product demos and value-based proposals</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Forecast accurately and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Stay current on automotive industry trends and emerging AI technologies</div>
</li>

<div>1+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in automotive, SaaS or AI</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Experience selling to automotive dealerships, dealer groups, or automotive service providers</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Ability to explain complex AI concepts in simple, business-focused language</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)</div>
</li>
</ul>

The final offer may vary and can be higher based on relevant skills, experience, location, and market conditions. This role also includes a sales plan (OTE) and may include benefits and other employee offerings.</span></p>
