About the role

<p>AltScore is looking for a driven and seasoned <strong>Senior Account Executive</strong> to help us scale our impact in the enterprise SaaS space. As a key player in the sales team, you will be responsible for closing large, complex deals, managing a portfolio of high-value clients, and ensuring revenue growth through strategic engagements.<strong> </strong>Reporting directly to the COO, you will work closely with the Revenue and Product teams to ensure our solutions align with client needs and expectations.&nbsp;</p> <p>This role is ideal for someone who excels in consultative sales, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a deep understanding of enterprise clients and B2B SaaS. If you are passionate about driving sales growth and making an impact at a growing fintech startup, we want to hear from you!</p> <h2 class="p3"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul class="ul1"> <li>Client Engagement: Engage with decision-makers and executives at major enterprises, particularly in the financial vendor sector in Latin America.</li> <li>Consultative Selling: Develop a deep understanding of AltScore’s solutions and present them in a way that aligns with the client's business objectives and challenges.</li> <li>Sales Process Development: Take an active role in refining and developing scalable sales processes as the company grows, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals.</li> <li>Market Development: Identify new business opportunities in LatAm, aligning AltScore’s product offerings with market needs.</li> <li>Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional client experiences and ensure feedback loops that improve the sales process.</li> <li>Sales Strategy: Contribute to the overall sales strategy, suggesting improvements and leading initiatives to enhance client acquisition and retention.</li> <li>Reporting: Regularly report on key sales metrics and performance updates to the COO, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making.</li> </ul> <h2 class="p3">Requirements</h2> <ul class="ul1"> <li>7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, particularly within SaaS or fintech, with a focus on large, complex deals.</li> <li>Proven track record of closing high-value contracts ($500K+) and exceeding sales quotas.</li> <li>Strong understanding of the credit or lending infrastructure space, with the ability to articulate how AltScore’s solutions can solve client pain points.</li> <li>Fluent Spanish and English; executive-level written and verbal communication.</li> <li>Experience selling to large companies or financial institutions in Latin America is a plus.</li> <li>Demonstrated success in consultative selling and building C-level relationships.</li> <li>Experience in leading sales teams or developing sales processes is a strong plus.</li> <li>Mastery of CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and other sales automation platforms.</li> <li>Highly organized, data-driven, and self-motivated with the ability to manage complex deals and clients autonomously.</li> <li>Willingness to travel frequently across LatAm to meet with clients.</li> </ul> <h3 data-path-to-node="7,0">⚡️ If you want to stand out as an applicant</h3> <p data-path-to-node="7,1">High-performing AEs don't just manage deals; they engineer them. Show us your Hunter DNA!</p> <h2 id="job-benefits-title">Benefits</h2> <div> <ul> <li><strong>Base Salary:</strong> $2,800 - $6,000 USD per month, depending on experience.</li> <li><strong>Commissions</strong>: of up to 50% of base salary based on performance.</li> <li><strong>Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP): </strong>All employees are eligible from day one.</li> <li><strong>Unlimited PTO: </strong>We encourage taking at least 3-4 weeks off per year to maintain a healthy work-life balance.</li> <li><strong>Remote work: </strong>we are a fully remote company, and we encourage employees to work from wherever they are most comfortable and productive.
