<h3><strong>About Toro TMS</strong></h3> <p>We are Toro TMS, a growth-stage startup working to build the modern operating system for trucking. Our focus is squarely on building the best-in-class, end-to-end transportation management software (TMS) for bulk commodity haulers.</p> <h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3> <p>We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven<strong> Mid- Market Account Executive</strong> to join our sales team. In this role, you’ll manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to closing new accounts. You’ll play a critical role in growing our customer base, building lasting relationships, and ensuring our clients realize the full value of Toro TMS. This position requires someone who is willing and able to travel to meet prospects in person when needed.</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Own and manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to close</li> <li>Consistently meet or exceed quota and sales goals</li> <li>Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities</li> <li>Conduct discovery calls and product demos to understand customer needs</li> <li>Partner with SDRs on prospecting strategy and lead qualification</li> <li>Negotiate contracts and pricing with decision-makers</li> <li>Accurately maintain records in the CRM and provide reliable forecasts</li> <li>Travel to meet prospects and customers face-to-face as needed</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>2-5 years</strong> of experience in a quota-carrying sales role with closing experience&nbsp;</li> <li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets</li> <li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills</li> <li>Ability to understand and clearly explain technical products to non-technical audiences</li> <li>Self-starter, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment</li> <li>Willing and able to travel to meet prospects in person&nbsp;</li> <li>Willing and comfortable with strategic outbound prospecting</li> <li>Prior outside sales experience is a plus</li> <li>Prior experience in transportation, logistics, or vertical SaaS is a plus<br><br></li> </ul> <h3><strong>What We Offer</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure</li> <li>Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage</li> <li>401(k) policy managed by Empower</li> <li>Unlimited PTO</li> <li>Opportunity to join a rapidly growing startup with significant career growth potential</li> <li>Collaborative, high-energy culture with a team of startup veterans</li> </ul> <p>Compensation: $150,000 - $220,000 On Target Earnings (OTE)</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Toro TMS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
