<p><strong>WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:</strong><strong> </strong></p>
<p>As an account executive for BaubleBar you will be responsible for driving strategic sales growth and managing relationships with key wholesale partners. We are looking for someone who will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment. </p>
<p><strong>WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain and continue to strengthen relationships with wholesale partners</li>
<li>Develop and execute joint business plans with partners, including co-marketing initiatives, exclusive product collaborations, and activation strategies</li>
<li>Analyze partner performance data and present actionable insights to maximize sell-through and uncover growth opportunities</li>
<li>Create seasonal merchandise training manuals and product knowledge materials to ensure that wholesale partners are properly representing the BaubleBar brand</li>
<li>Recap market and partner feedback regularly, surfacing best-sellers, white space opportunities, and competitive trends</li>
<li>Accurate forecasting of future seasonal revenue</li>
<li>Communicate to leadership weekly/monthly reporting of sales vs. forecast to include market trend and competitive insights</li>
<li>Cultivate strong working relationships with cross-functional teams</li>
<li>Work onsite in our Manhattan office up to 3-4 days per week, with remaining day(s) remote</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong business acumen and comprehension of retail math</li>
<li>Record of meeting and exceeding sales plans</li>
<li>Advanced sales, presentation, and negotiation skills</li>
<li>Knowledge of wholesale markets and competitive landscape</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, both oral and written</li>
<li>Ability to work autonomously with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills</li>
<li>Self-starter, motivated, proactive, dependable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Strong understanding of wholesale operations and logistics</li>
<li>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in business or a related field</li>
<li>4+ years of experience of sales or partnership experience</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>WHAT WE OFFER:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Starting salary range for this role is $75,000-$79,000. Starting offer within that range will factor in work location, skills, background and years of relevant experience</li>
