<p><strong><u>Position Summary</u></strong></p>
<p>The Junior Account Executive will assist and support the operations of the Account Management team, specifically the Account Executives, Senior Account Executives, and Managers on a daily basis. Qualified candidates must have an eagerness to learn and develop a good understanding of the overall sector and industry.</p>

<p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist account managers with pulling together proposals and become proficient with Rapport planning processes and tools to deliver on client objectives</li>
<li>Develop proficiency in key media measurement tools (ie. Geopath) to deliver effective campaigns and fulfill client needs</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Gather production specs, issue posting instructions, and put together proof of performance documents</li>
<li>Build an understanding of the financial/operations framework to effectively work with the finance team on billing requests</li>
<li>Attend weekly vendor meetings and become an expert on all OOH formats currently available</li>
<li>Begin building relationships with agency and vendor partners, including scheduling calls and meetings</li>
<li>Be knowledgeable of all Mediabrands Specialty Business Units (SBUs) and their specific area of expertise</li>

<p><strong><u>Required Skills & Experience:</u></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word</li>

<ul>
<li>0 to 1 years’ experience within media or related fields preferred</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a readiness to work in a collaborative environment</li>
<li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li>
<li>Superior attention to detail and quantitative skills</li>
<li>Eagerness to learn and receptive to constructive feedback</li>
