We’re committed to living up to the values in our name. “Salt of The Earth” means we value collaborative, humble, hard-working people here. We’re looking for people who are as smart as they are kind because we believe the right talent and the right culture help us do what’s right for our clients.    ROLE OVERVIEW  We're looking for an In-Field Coordinator to be on the ground at experiential events across the province . You'll work directly alongside our team of brand ambassadors, owning the operational details that make events run smoothly—from setup through execution to tear-down. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in motion and brings energy to every activation.  CORE RESPONSIBILITIES   <ul> <li>Lead on-site setup and tear-down of event activations, ensuring everything is built to spec and on schedule </li> <li>Support and coordinate a team of brand ambassadors throughout each event, keeping execution sharp and consistent </li> <li>Serve as the point of contact in-field, troubleshooting issues in real time and keeping activations on track </li> <li>Manage event materials, inventory, and equipment across multiple locations </li> <li>Ensure brand standards and execution quality are upheld at every touchpoint </li> <li>Capture and report on event performance, flagging wins and issues back to the broader team </li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="4" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="7" data-aria-level="1">Build positive energy on-site that elevates both the consumer and team experience </li> </ul> EXPERIENCE & SKILLS   <ul> <li>High energy and a genuine love for interacting with people </li> <li>A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment </li> <li>Strong team player who builds rapport quickly and works well alongside others </li> <li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail under pressure </li> <li>Comfort with physical work (lifting, standing, setup/tear-down) for sustained periods </li> <li>Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel across the province as events require </li> <li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (asset) </li> <li>Previous experience in experiential marketing, events, or field activation (asset) </li> </ul> WHAT WE STAND FOR   <ul> <li>Salt of the Earth: We lead with humility, honesty, and heart—always.  </li> <li>Do What’s Right: No shortcuts. Individual compensation within this range is determined based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, level of responsibility, internal equity, and business needs. This range represents the expected base salary for this role and does not include other elements of SALT total rewards program.
