Our core services include&nbsp;<strong data-stringify-type="bold">YouTube Reservation Ads</strong>&nbsp;for precise content targeting;&nbsp;<strong data-stringify-type="bold">Creator Utilization</strong>&nbsp;to build credibility and deliver targeted content;&nbsp;<strong data-stringify-type="bold">Affiliate Solution</strong>&nbsp;for performance-based eCommerce growth; and&nbsp;<strong data-stringify-type="bold">Production Services</strong>&nbsp;covering graphics, video content, commercial music, and livestreaming. We focus on developing tailored strategies and full-funnel packages to ensure maximum efficiency and deliver measurable, sustainable business results</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h2> <ul> <li>As an Account Management Intern, you will work closely with our experienced Account Managers and sales teams, providing crucial support and learning the ins and outs of managing client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:</li> <li>Supporting Account Managers: Assist with daily operational tasks, including preparing for client meetings, drafting communications, and updating client records.</li> <li>Client Interaction: Gain exposure to client communication by shadowing calls and meetings, and potentially handling straightforward client inquiries under supervision.</li> <li>Research &amp; Analysis: Conduct research on existing clients to identify new opportunities, understand industry trends, and gather data to support account strategies.</li> <li>Reporting &amp; Documentation: Help prepare reports on account status, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintain accurate documentation in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).</li> <li>Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered successfully.</li> <li>Project Assistance: Contribute to special projects related to client retention, upselling/cross-selling initiatives, and improving the overall customer experience.</li> <li>Learning &amp; Development: Actively participate in training sessions to learn about our products/services, sales processes, and best practices in account management.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2><strong>Who You Are</strong></h2> <ul> <li>We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn and contribute to our team.
