Our core values showcase who we are and we strive to focus on excellence and sincerity.&nbsp;</p></div><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a <strong>Account Manager</strong> to join our growing sales team to develop and maintain relationships with our partners. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing an appropriate GTM strategy for a portfolio of partners. This role is a blend of B2B channel/direct sales with the primary focus on driving new business and deepening relationships with an existing portfolio you will adopt. This funnel operates as a “sell through” revenue sharing model designed to attract marketing agencies to make their customers' websites accessible.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Things you will do: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Conducting discovery calls with potential partners to Identify key decision makers/champions to promote the adoption of our technology into their existing tech stack/offerings.&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide training sessions to your partner’s client facing teams, enabling them to sell our products.</li> <li>Evaluate the agency’s current accessibility protocols to determine the appropriate course of deployment.</li> <li>Strategically plan and implement new initiatives that support growth, analysis, and sales best practices.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated experience selling technical solutions, value selling, and/or consultative sales techniques while following a structured sales process.</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of the full sales cycle with a keen eye for identifying and qualifying opportunities.&nbsp;</li> <li>You should be a fireball self starter and work with a high level of autonomy.&nbsp;</li> <li>3-5+ years of selling SaaS or digital products to agencies while exceeding targets and quota.</li> <li>Ability to adapt to an ever changing environment, preferably with experience at a late stage start-up.</li> <li>SalesForce knowledge and/or a background in digital accessibility is a +.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>In addition to extensive training and development plans, here are some of the other benefits we offer:</p> <ul> <li>The salary band for this position ranges from<strong> $70,000 - $110,000, plus commission (OTE ~130k-160k) </strong>and will be based on your experience and skill sets</li> <li>Career Planning and Growth Opportunities&nbsp;</li> <li>Opportunity to be a key employee of the world leader in online accessibility</li> <li>This is a hybrid role (3 days a week), based in our beautiful office centrally located in the Flatiron District of New York City</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Equal opportunities</strong></p> <p>At accessiBe, we prioritize diversity.
