About the Role
As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will drive short and long-term profitable business for Huawei’s Network/IT Infrastructure Sales portfolio in Norway. You’ll act as a trusted partner to key customers, leading business development, sales projects, and negotiations while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, positioning Huawei as their trusted partner for network modernization.
• Lead business development and sales projects, including contract negotiations and deal closure.
• Identify and develop innovative business models based on customer needs.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by working closely with internal teams to deliver quality solutions.
• Develop long-term business strategies, fostering strategic partnerships and profitable opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications & Skills
• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in Telecom/IT Infrastructure (Operator or Vendor side).
• Proven track record in large-scale Network Infrastructure Sales in competitive markets.
• Strong business acumen with deep insight into customer priorities.
• Excellent key account management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to align customer needs with profitable business solutions.
• Strong financial and commercial awareness.
• Fluent in English and Norwegian.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
