Impact Kids has been providing safe, fun, and meaningful enrichment programs for over 5 years, and today we serve students at public and private schools across the country. Students have a safe space to develop, learn, play, and most importantly, just be kids in our before, during, and after school programs!
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Account Manager to oversee and support a large regional account with multiple locations. This person must be highly organized, people-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional service and operational excellence. The ideal candidate has a strong background in account management, client relations, and problem-solving.
You will be directly accountable for the overall success, support, and satisfaction of all locations within the assigned account. This includes acting as the primary point of contact between Impact Kids and the partner organization, while supporting vendor management, troubleshooting operational challenges, and ensuring seamless communication across all locations.
The Account Manager will work closely with both site level teams and the corporate office to ensure alignment, consistency, and high-quality program delivery. This individual must be proactive, solutions-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities across a complex account structure.
This individual must possess outstanding communication and relationship management skills, be highly responsive, and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and accountability. A positive, hands-on approach and a commitment to delivering excellent service are essential.
Minimum of 2 - 3 years in account management, client services, operations, or a related field. Experience managing large accounts, multiple locations, or working with corporate partners is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
Position is remote however be willing and able to travel between multiple locations as needed.

- Support vendor management, coordination, and communication across all locations
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and provide timely, effective solutions
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality programs and services across all sites
- Collaborate with the corporate office to align on goals, expectations, and reporting
- Monitor account performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions
- Provide ongoing support, communication, and updates to all stakeholders
- Maintain detailed records of account activity, issues, and resolutions
- Follow the Impact Kids Code of Conduct and maintain the Impact Kids look at all times
- Exhibit Impact Kids Core Values at all times and adhere to all company policies
