You will be working within a leading Investment organization, working primarily to support the Real Estate part of the business. They will have a good understanding of professional services and are confident working in agency teams. They create timing plans and budgets on OMG (our project management platform), assume responsibility for the review and approval process of creative output and ensure the projects they own are delegated to the creatives and liaise with the team in UK & SA. This role will be underpinned by passion and ambition, and those with experience in running digital content and social campaigns within the professional services space will have an advantage.    <h3>What you will be doing: </h3> <ul> <li>Taking overall ownership of integrated creative projects from brief to fulfilment. </li> <li>Liaising with clients to determine campaign scope and produce estimates (when needed) and schedules. </li> <li>Schedule projects in line with the correct internal resource and help to source external resources where necessary. </li> <li>Ensure projects follow the agency process and are completed on time and on budget. </li> <li>Manage project workflows utilizing AI-powered creative tools, particularly Pencil.</li> <li>Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to internal teams and client stakeholders. </li> <li>Facilitate client meetings and presentations, documenting key decisions and action items.</li> <li>Escalates any queries concerning invoicing, or estimates provided by the studio on their projects to the AD. </li> </ul>   <h3>What you need to be great in this role: </h3> <ul> <li>Previous experience working with asset or investment management clients.</li> <li>Strong track record in executing campaigns across multiple platforms. </li> <li>Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organize and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships. </li> <li>Previous experience of project budget management and scheduling. </li> <li>Demonstrated experience managing teams that utilize AI creative tools, specifically Pencil. </li> <li>Be financially conscientious when managing the delivery of a project ensuring all relevant parties are aware of the financial implications of delays, additional amends, and re-briefs. </li> <li>Identifying areas for potential growth and working with the wider team to bring a solution. </li> <li>At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $80,750.00 to $90,250.00. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
