At Redwire, you will work closely with customers from concept development through mission operations to ensure mission success.</p></div><p>About Redwire Space Europe<br>Our team of innovators in Belgium, Luxembourg & Poland is building space infrastructure & delivering entire satellites.</p>
<p>Redwire Space Europe is also a major player within satellite equipment, including on-board computers, power control and distribution units, and remote terminal units.</p>
<p>With inhouse cleanrooms & multiple working labs, our facilities are a major contributor to the space infrastructure of the International Space Station.<br>RDW build sophisticated science instruments and life support systems to enable long-term crewed missions.</p>
<p>Redwire Space Europe is also developing highly technical systems such as IBDM (International Berthing and Docking Mechanism) & STAARK a Robotic Arm system for delivering In-Space manufacturing and space debris solutions.</p>

<p>We are looking for a hands-on Account Manager,who acts as a key bridge between Sales, Project Management, and technical teams.</p>
<p>This role focuses on managing and negotiating change requests (CCNs), supporting proposal development, and ensuring smooth follow-up on out-of-scope work.You will play a crucial role in strengthening customer relationships, structuring incoming opportunities, and contributing to the commercial success of ESA-related projects within domains such as microgravity, IBDM, and avionics.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities<br>Sales & Proposal Support</p>
<p>Draft, review, and support the creation of proposals<br>Assist in the development and submission of CCNs (Change Control Notes)<br>Collaborate with Sales to provide clear visibility on pipeline and opportunities<br>Ensure alignment between customer expectations and internal capabilities</p>
<p>CCN & Scope Management</p>
<p>Take ownership of out-of-scope requests and ensure timely follow-up<br>Manage and track CCNs, ensuring accurate documentation and communication<br>Act as a dedicated point of contact to accelerate decision-making and approvals</p>
<p>Stakeholder Management</p>
<p>Serve as a bridge between Sales, Project Managers, and technical teams<br>Maintain direct contact with customers to follow up on proposals and CCNs<br>Provide structured feedback and updates to internal teams</p>
<p>Commercial & Strategic Contribution</p>
<p>Support negotiation of commercial terms and project scope<br>Contribute to tactical sales discussions and internal alignment<br>Help map and structure the sales pipeline</p>
<p>Profile & Skills<br>Core Competencies</p>
<p>Strong communicator with excellent writing skills<br>Ability to simplify complex topics and align expectations<br>Strong listening skills with a solution-oriented mindset<br>Confident personality; able to challenge stakeholders constructively<br>Hands-on, proactive, and able to follow through on topics</p>
<p>Commercial & Analytical Skills</p>
<p>Good understanding of sales processes and negotiation dynamics<br>Financial awareness: understands project value, cost implications, and trade-offs<br>Ability to balance customer needs with business priorities</p>
<p>Technical Affinity</p>
<p>Solid technical affinity; able to understand and challenge technical input<br>Able to identify internal experts and navigate complex environments</p>
<p>Background & Experience</p>
<p>Experience in a technical-commercial role (sales, proposals, or project support)<br>Affinity with the space sector and ESA projects is a strong plus<br>Experience working with cross-functional teams<br>Familiarity with proposal writing and contract/change management is preferred</p>
