About the role
What that means day to day
- Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, acting as the main point of contact for all account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with multiple stakeholders across client organisations, including senior decision-makers.
- Drive account growth by embedding solutions within client businesses, identifying upsell opportunities, and achieving monthly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions in line with client objectives and expectations.
- Develop account plans, negotiate client contracts, and track key performance metrics to support ongoing customer success and commercial growth.
