Account Managers focus on building client partnerships and driving business growth, while our Recruiters focus on identifying and placing top talent.<br>As an Account Manager, you will specialize in client-facing sales, business development, and relationship management, while partnering closely with our Recruiting team, who support your accounts by delivering qualified candidates.<br>This role teaches you foundational business and sales skills that can accelerate your career and open doors to leadership, entrepreneurship, and high-level sales opportunities long-term.</p> <p><strong>Account Management Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with hiring managers to understand their workforce needs</li> <li>Identify key decision-makers in companies that rely on contract talent</li> <li>Build new client relationships and grow existing accounts</li> <li>Partner closely with our Recruiting team, who identify and deliver qualified candidates for your client needs</li> <li>Maintain long-term client relationships to support ongoing projects</li> <li>Drive revenue growth by developing and expanding your book of business</li> </ul> <p><strong>Recruiter Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>Our Recruiters are specialized in identifying, interviewing, and supporting candidates throughout the hiring process.
