About the role
Key Responsibilities ποΈ
- Lead renewal negotiations and unlock upsell / cross-sell opportunities.
- Develop and execute success plans that deliver measurable ROI. π
- Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to high-value clients.
- Monitor account health through dashboards/CRM β proactively escalate risks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to champion client needs and feedback.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of account management strategy and process.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise π
- CRM proficiency and strong pipeline management skills.
- Revenue forecasting & reporting expertise.
- Solid understanding of SaaS commercial models (ARR, NRR, churn). π‘
- Knowledge of HRTech or background checking.
- Data analysis skills in Excel/Google Sheets (dashboards, pivot tables).
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Notion, Monday).
