<p>&nbsp;</p> <div> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>As an Account Manager, you will manage and develop a portfolio of existing mid‑sized enterprise customers. Your focus will be on supporting renewals, identifying relevant upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships through a consultative, customer‑focused approach.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>&nbsp;</strong>Manage and develop a defined portfolio of existing mid‑market accounts across the Netherlands and Belgium.</li> <li>Support revenue growth through upsell and cross‑sell of AvePoint’s SaaS solutions, aligned to customer needs.</li> <li>Manage the full sales cycle from discovery through to close, working in partnership with Sales Engineers and Customer Success teams.</li> <li>Maintain strong customer engagement to support retention and renewals.</li> <li>Develop account plans aligned with customer business objectives and technology roadmaps.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams (including Marketing, Product and Support) to deliver consistent value to customers.</li> <li>Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and account health information using CRM tools.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3 years in roles involving full‑cycle sales responsibility.</li> <li>Experience managing and growing existing customer accounts.</li> <li>Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and SaaS‑based solutions.</li> <li>Experience using structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger or similar frameworks.</li> <li>Professional working proficiency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.</li> <li>Ability to build effective relationships with senior stakeholders and contribute to decision‑making discussions.</li> </ul> <p><strong>How You Work</strong></p> <p>We are looking for someone who works effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and demonstrates the following values:</p> <ul> <li>Customer focus – You prioritise understanding customer needs and delivering relevant solutions.</li> <li>Ownership – You take responsibility for your work and follow through on commitments with integrity.</li> <li>Curiosity – You are open to learning, adapting and developing your skills as the business evolves.</li> <li>Collaboration – You work openly with others, support team goals and contribute to shared success.</li> <li>Proactivity – You take initiative, remain resilient, and work consistently towards agreed objectives</li> </ul> </div> <p>AvePoint is proud to employ talent from many different backgrounds, experiences, and identities.
