Junior Account Manager (Contractor)

The selected candidate will be employed by TCWGlobal.&nbsp;</li> <li> <p>This compensation for this position is anticipated to be $55.00 - $65.00 per hour.&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>This assignment is anticipated to last approximately 6 months, with the possibility of an additional period as determined by Marqeta.</p> </li> </ul> <p>This assignment is remote.</p> <p>As a Junior Account Manager assigned to Marqeta, you will collaborate closely with multiple teams across the organization to support marketing efforts.&nbsp;</p> <h2><strong>What you'll do&nbsp;</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Supporting the strategic efforts of the POD leader in managing key business accounts.&nbsp;</li> <li>Managing the collateral feedback and approval process, coordinating reviews across internal stakeholders, incorporating revisions, and ensuring all customer-facing materials receive required sign-off prior to distribution.</li> <li>Creating monthly customer-centric content to keep the broader organization apprised of customer updates, key metrics, and other information pertinent to the Revenue &amp; Go To Market team.</li> <li>Supporting the development and delivery of presentation materials in Powerpoint/Google Slides, Word/Google Docs, and Excel/Google Sheets (QBRs, Executive Briefing Decks, process outlines, etc.).</li> <li>Supporting day-to-day customer management processes.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What we're looking for&nbsp;</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree</li> <ul> <li>Ideally demonstrate experience working in Operations or Account Management.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <li>Experience&nbsp; documenting, tracking, and supporting the daily functioning and operations of customer programs.
