<p> </p></div><h2><strong>What We’re Looking For </strong></h2>
<p>Flashfood is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Enterprise Partnerships to own and grow relationships with our largest grocery retail partners. We partner with leading grocery banners across North America and are looking for a seasoned enterprise account leader who understands complex retail organizations, thrives in fast-moving environments, and knows how to turn strong partnerships into sustained growth, adoption, and impact.</p>
<p>You should be comfortable managing executive relationships, navigating operational complexity across regions and stores, and using data-driven insights to drive action and accountability.</p>
<h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2>
<p>You are a strategic, data-driven account leader with deep experience managing complex, multi-region retail partnerships. You excel at owning executive relationships, translating performance into insights, and driving measurable account growth.</p>
<p>Success in this role will be measured by:</p>
<ul>
<li>Growth, expansion, and retention of enterprise grocery accounts</li>
<li>Full ownership of account relationships, from C-suite stakeholders to district leaders and store teams</li>
<li>Consistent achievement of monthly and annual account targets</li>
<li>Deep fluency in grocery retail metrics and account health indicators</li>
<li>Proactive identification and resolution of risk, issues, and underperformance</li>
</ul>
<p>In this role, you will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Own end-to-end relationships with enterprise grocery partners across the West Coast, from C-suite executives to store operations teams</li>
<li>Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with partner goals across sustainability, profitability, and adoption</li>
<li>Expand existing accounts through new store rollouts, pilots, and increased program adoption</li>
<li>Lead regular business reviews using clear, data-driven insights and performance narratives</li>
<li>Conduct store visits and deliver in-person training to improve execution and adoption</li>
<li>Partner closely with internal teams (Product, Operations, Marketing, Data, Customer Success) to drive partner success and resolve issues</li>
<li>Identify adoption barriers, training gaps, and performance issues, and lead corrective action plans</li>
<li>Translate performance data into compelling, partner-facing insights and recommendations</li>
<li>Represent the voice of the retailer internally to influence roadmap and prioritization decisions</li>
<li>Support renewals and contract expansions with strong, data-backed business cases</li>
<li>Represent Flashfood at partner meetings and industry events</li>
<li>Build internal champions within partner organizations who advocate for Flashfood</li>
<li>Develop and manage a partner NPS program in collaboration with Product and Marketing to track satisfaction and loyalty</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>7+ years of experience in enterprise account management or partnerships</li>
<li>Experience working with large retailers; grocery or retail tech experience strongly preferred</li>
<li>Strong understanding of retail operations and the intersection of sustainability and profitability</li>
<li>Experience building or managing partner NPS or satisfaction programs (preferred)</li>
<li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to use KPIs to drive decisions</li>
<li>Passion for sustainability and reducing food waste at scale</li>
<li>Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Google Suite, Confluence, and Asana is a plus</li>
