About the role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.

  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.

  • Lead the onboarding process and ensure successful product implementation.

  • Monitor client activity, usage, and performance metrics to ensure satisfaction.

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs.

  • Deliver regular business reviews and growth reports to clients.

  • Gather client feedback and coordinate with product teams for improvements.

  • Stay updated on industry trends to effectively position the product.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B account management (mandatory).

  • Experience in SaaS, FinTech, telecommunications, startups, or related industries.

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and CRM skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • On-site role based in Al Minya and surrounding governorates
