About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
Lead the onboarding process and ensure successful product implementation.
Monitor client activity, usage, and performance metrics to ensure satisfaction.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs.
Deliver regular business reviews and growth reports to clients.
Gather client feedback and coordinate with product teams for improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends to effectively position the product.
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in B2B account management (mandatory).
Experience in SaaS, FinTech, telecommunications, startups, or related industries.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and CRM skills.
Bachelor’s degree required.
On-site role based in Al Minya and surrounding governorates
