<p>Our Sales teams create and build our relationships with merchants. Together, we’ve helped big brands, local stores and neighborhood restaurants do over €15 billion’s worth of business through our platform. We’re constantly launching new cities and products, so there are always new opportunities to expand your skills and progress your career. </p>
<p>We are now looking for an experienced and strategic Account Manager with a true service first and analytical mindset to join our team. This is a varied and challenging role where you’ll build strong relationships with our restaurant partners and help them thrive on Wolt.</p>
<h2>What you’ll be doing</h2>
<p>In this role, you’ll take care of your own restaurant portfolio, acting as a trusted partner and advisor while driving performance and growth.</p>
<h3><strong>Day-to-day in this role you’ll:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Manage the overall restaurant relationship post-onboarding.</li>
<li>Conduct strong analysis of portfolio performance and frequent quality & satisfaction checks.</li>
<li>Contact restaurant partners via phone and other channels.</li>
<li>Provide analytical after-sales support to improve partner performance.</li>
<li>Build strong client relationships through regular communication.</li>
<li>Report on the status of accounts.</li>
<li>Promote new services and marketing campaigns to existing partners.</li>
<li>Act as a key communicator between operations and restaurant partners.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns together with partners.</li>
<li>Monitor competitor activities and report back.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Our humble expectations </h2>
<ul>
<li>3 to 5 years of success in account management or B2B sales with clear commercial impact.<br>Strong analytical judgment. Comfortable using dashboards such as Looker and Power BI to turn data into decisions.</li>
<li>Excellent relationship building and communication across a wide range of stakeholders.</li>
<li>High ownership and reliability. You manage your pipeline, remove blockers, and seek guidance only on new or complex work.</li>
<li>Fluent in Hungarian and English.</li>
<li>Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.</li>
</ul>
