You will serve as the primary&nbsp;<br>strategic architect for our retail presence, driving high-level negotiations and securing&nbsp;<br>prime shelf placement.</p> <p><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br>•Strategic Account Acquisition: Identify and penetrate untapped Tier-1 retail&nbsp;<br>channels; lead the end-to-end process from initial pitch to "vendor of record" status.<br>•Top-Level Negotiation: Direct annual Joint Business Planning (JBP) and line&nbsp;<br>reviews with senior buyers to optimize SKU assortments and promotional calendars.<br>•P&amp;L &amp; Margin Management: Full accountability for account profitability, managing&nbsp;<br>MDF (Marketing Development Funds), RTV (Return to Vendor) rates, and backend&nbsp;<br>rebates.<br>•Portfolio Strategy: Influence the product roadmap by providing market intelligence&nbsp;<br>on competitor movements (e.g., Ring, Arlo, Nest) and consumer trends in the smart&nbsp;<br>home security sector.<br>•Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Marketing and Supply Chain teams to&nbsp;<br>ensure seamless execution of nationwide product launches and seasonal resets.</p> <p><br><strong>Requirements:</strong><br>•10+ years of experience in Retail Business Development or Key Account&nbsp;<br>Management within the US Consumer Electronics or Smart Home industry.<br>•Proven track record of managing multi-million USD accounts at Home Depot, Best&nbsp;<br>Buy, or Walmart.<br>•Extensive network of existing relationships with senior retail buyers in the&nbsp;<br>DIY/Hardware or Electronics categories.<br>•Exceptional negotiation skills with a deep understanding of US retail math and&nbsp;<br>contract legalities.</p> <p>•This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite and 2 days remote each week.</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Pay Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$135,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$180,000 USD</span></div></div></div>
