<p style="line-height: 1;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The Reverse Flow Account Manager serves as the vital bridge between foreign brokers and the U.S. subsidiaries of global enterprises. This role focuses on the technical execution of inbound multinational programs, ensuring local U.S. policies align with Global Master standards and domestic compliance. As a primary liaison, you will coordinate across international networks and EPIC’s strategic carrier partners to manage a high-volume, fast-paced book of business.</span></p>

<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Active Property & Casualty license required</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">2+ years of commercial insurance experience within a brokerage or carrier setting</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Solid understanding of commercial lines and confidence managing complex accounts</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with Agency Management Systems; familiarity with Sagitta or ImageRight is a plus</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong communicator who can clearly translate complex concepts and adjust to different communication styles</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage volume while maintaining accuracy</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Adaptable, patient, and solutions-focused with a strong client service mindset</span></li>

<p style="line-height: 1;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">A detailed list of job duties includes (but is not limited to):</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Account Management & Client Advisory</span><br>• Serve as the day-to-day U.S. contact for foreign brokers and global entities, navigating diverse time zones and business etiquette<br>• Proactively identify coverage gaps and educate clients on U.S.-specific policy terms, exclusions, and local requirements.<br>• Conduct comprehensive renewal reviews, present competitive options and additional coverage to maximize retention.<br>• Build long-term trust through prompt issue resolution and consistent, proactive client contact.<br><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Technical Placement & Negotiation</span><br>• Manage the full marketing lifecycle, from submitting detailed applications to binding policies via carrier portals.<br>• Negotiate with underwriters and wholesalers to secure optimal premiums and commission structures.<br>• Collaborate with Producers and Account Executive to ensure smooth transitions for new business.<br>• Maintain deep relationships with carriers to stay informed on product changes and emerging industry trends.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Operational Excellence & Administration</span><br>• Process all policy documentation—including binders, endorsements, certificates, and audits—with high accuracy.<br>• Execute all workflows within the Sagitta- Agency Management System, maintaining meticulously updated client files and activity logs.<br>• Manage high-volume tasks in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing competing demands to meet strict deadlines.<br>• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and state-specific insurance legislation.<br></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Remote Work Standards</span><br>• Maintain a private, secure workspace to protect company equipment and confidential correspondence.<br>• Ensure high-speed internet reliability to support seamless collaboration across international time zones.<br>• Maintain high responsiveness during business hours to support both the team and international clients.<br>• Minimize personal interruptions during business hours to ensure dedicated client servicing.</span></p>
