To expand our services and offerings within Spain, we are looking for an Account Manager with a proven track record in Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance, to join our Spanish commercial team.

🏢 What you’ll be doing

  • Manage the full sales process from lead identification to contracting with accurate follow-up in the CRM system.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and strategic business partnerships in order to support clients through their journey from idea to patient.
  • Identify customer needs, respond to inquiries and propose creative solutions in a timely manner.
  • Establish and manage a pipeline of opportunities in order to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop, implement and drive sales strategies and actions to expand the life science business.
  • Build new and expand existing client relationships across multiple functions with key decision makers at C-suite and operational level.
  • Expand your network in the medical device and life sciences sector by playing an active role in different networking associations
  • In addition to an external network, you also build your internal network within the organization with QbD consultants, sales colleagues, HR, marketing… We do sales together, with you in the lead.

💪 What you bring

  • Master’s degree in a scientific field, with 5+ years of sales experience within Life Science service/consulting companies.
  • Strong track record in building and managing relationships with mid to senior-level stakeholders;
  • Established network within the pharma/biotech sector (QA, PV, RRAA, Manufacturing, Validation, Site Heads, GM's)
  • Comfortable discussing technical topics in medical devices, pharma, and biotech;
  • Ability to engage clients across key areas of product development: clinical, regulatory, quality, validation, and software validation;
  • The ambition to be in the lead and to contribute significantly to the sales strategy elaboration of the Walloon entity with direct contact with the management team
  • The willingness to develop your technical and sales competencies via internal trainings
  • Fluency in Spanish and in English.
