We have developed strategic cooperative partnerships with leading ocean carriers and logistics service providers such as COSCO Shipping, Maersk Line, Sinotrans, etc.</p> <p>We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented <strong>Bilingual Account Payable Specialist</strong> to join our dynamic team in Port Reading, NJ.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Execute daily financial operations, including the verification, classification, and recording of accounts payable data.</li> <li>Coordinate with warehouse managers to validate invoices and provide support on all accounts payable inquiries.</li> <li>Process outgoing payments in accordance with established financial policies and procedures.</li> <li>Resolve billing discrepancies by maintaining clear and consistent communication with vendors.</li> <li>Ensure timely distribution of payment remittances to vendors.</li> <li>Maintain compliance with accounts payable regulations, including W-9 forms, sales tax, and other applicable requirements.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.</li> <li>Minimum of 3 years of relevant financial experience (exceptional recent graduates may also be considered).</li> <li>Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.</li> <li>Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive mindset toward problem-solving and process enhancement.</li> <li>Capable of following verbal and written instructions accurately.</li> <li>Strong organizational and time-management abilities to meet deadlines efficiently.</li> <li>High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy.</li> <li>Proficient in English and Microsoft Office applications.</li> <li>Experience with warehouse expense accounting is a big plus</li> <li>Mandarin speaking is required</li> </ul> </div> </div> <div class="jd-section-job-type"> <p class="jd-description-text">Job Type: Full-time, On-site</p> <p class="jd-description-text">Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 / Year</p> </div> <div class="jd-section-job-taxonomy-attributes"> <p class="jd-header-text">Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>401(k)</li> <li>Dental insurance</li> <li>Health insurance</li> <li>Vision insurance</li> </ul> </div> <p>&nbsp;</p>
