- Lead and coordinate work teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment
- Manage project execution, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and with the expected quality standards
- Monitor project financial performance, including costs, profitability, and billing processes
- Oversee time tracking and allocation in systems, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project assignments
- Plan and coordinate team workload, including resource allocation, overtime, and personnel administration
- Prepare and follow up on project invoicing in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Implement project control processes (cost tracking, scope management, deviations, and KPIs)
- Identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues with internal teams and clients
- Maintain continuous communication with clients and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and expectations fulfillment
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals and quotations for new projects
- Analyze contracts and identify opportunities for scope expansion or additional requirements
- Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and client-related events
- Ensure proper onboarding and integration of new team members
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Postgraduate degree or certification in Project Management desirable)
- +5 years of experience in product development
- +3 years previous experience in the automotive or engineering industry
- Proven experience managing technical and financial projects
- Experience leading and managing teams
- Experience working in multicultural projects/environments
- Experience in business development or client-facing roles
- SAP (project management and time tracking)
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluent English
- German (desirable)
