This role is ideal for a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoys managing client relationships, and is passionate about improving lives through health innovation.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p> <p>As an Account Supervisor, you will lead day-to-day client programmes, manage project delivery, and support strategic communications initiatives across healthcare and corporate accounts. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, contribute to business growth opportunities, and mentor junior team members.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic counsel</li> <li>Lead and manage projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met</li> <li>Develop high-quality communications materials including press releases, social content, reports, presentations, and client updates</li> <li>Support strategic planning and implementation across integrated communications programmes</li> <li>Contribute to new business activity including proposals, presentations, and research</li> <li>Provide guidance and feedback to junior team members and help foster a collaborative team culture</li> <li>Monitor industry trends and apply insights to client recommendations and programme development</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>6–8 years’ experience in communications, PR, healthcare marketing, or a related field</li> <li>Agency and/or healthcare communications experience preferred</li> <li>Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Experience managing client relationships and delivering strategic communications programmes</li> <li>Confident presenter with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities</li> <li>Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented approach</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, healthcare/science, or related discipline preferred</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>Passion for healthcare and communications</li> <li>Strong understanding of traditional and social media landscapes</li> <li>A team player who can work independently and lead with confidence</li> <li>Someone who brings initiative, creativity, and a solutions-focused mindset to every project</li> </ul> <p>Inizio Evoke Comms provides an exciting and flexible work environment, great compensation packages and outstanding company paid benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), tuition reimbursement and flexible time off.</p> <p><em>We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, or veteran status.
