If you are looking for a company that is focused on being the best in the industry, love being challenged, and&nbsp;make&nbsp;a direct impact on our business, then look no further!&nbsp;&nbsp;We are adding to our motivated team that pride themselves on being client-focused, biased to action, improving together, and insistent on excellence and integrity.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to our Controller.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>What You Will Do</u></strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Reporting directly to the Controller, you will&nbsp;be responsible for&nbsp;day-to-day operations of&nbsp;multiple&nbsp;RCM&nbsp;physician&nbsp;services&nbsp;divisions,&nbsp;and overall&nbsp;Assembly&nbsp;consolidation&nbsp;including:&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Accounts Receivable&nbsp;</li> <li>Accounts Payable&nbsp;</li> <li>Cash/bank&nbsp;Reconciliation&nbsp;</li> <li>Other Assets&nbsp;</li> <li>Accrued Liabilities&nbsp;</li> <li>Payroll</li> <li>Journal Entries&nbsp;</li> <li>Month-end Close&nbsp;</li> <li>KPI reporting&nbsp;</li> <li>Treasury functions&nbsp;</li> <li>Financial Reporting&nbsp;and PL Trend&nbsp;Analysis&nbsp;</li> <li>Ad-hoc analyses and projects&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Integration&nbsp;tasks as&nbsp;assigned to&nbsp;assist&nbsp;with acquisition activities, purchase price&nbsp;adjustments&nbsp;and opening balance&nbsp;sheet.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Continuing to drive process improvements&nbsp;throughout&nbsp;the financial&nbsp;reporting process.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Analyze compensation-related data including wages and bonuses.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Other tasks and projects as needed.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>What it takes to join the Team</u></strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Self-motivated, creative out-of-the-box thinker that naturally pushes to constantly improve systems, processes, and procedures to minimize&nbsp;non-value-added&nbsp;activities,&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Incredible attention to detail. Tech-Savvy (strong ERP systems background; database knowledge helpful)&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Superior organizational and prioritization skills.&nbsp;Exceptional oral and written communication skills&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience in&nbsp;PE-backed environment is a plus&nbsp;and a desire to get exposure to M&amp;A.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.&nbsp;CPA or in-progress is a plus.&nbsp;Healthcare experience is a plus.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Must have advanced Excel skills&nbsp;–&nbsp;i.e.,&nbsp;pivot table,&nbsp;vLookup, indirect, index, etc.&nbsp;Hands-on experience with accounting software—Paylocity and INTACCT are highly&nbsp;preferred.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with customer service focused aptitude&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Detail-oriented individuals who are team players highly&nbsp;self-motivated.&nbsp;Ability to function well in a fast-paced&nbsp;and at times&nbsp;stressful environment.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer. The expected salary range for this position reflects these considerations and may vary accordingly. In addition to base pay, eligible employees may have the opportunity to participate in company bonus programs.
